The living room features a smart TV, foosball table, darts, and board games for children. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine offers a lounge area and fitness space. The gîte provides high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators upstairs, a fan, baby bed, high chair, and self check-in. Outside, relax on your private uncovered terrace with table and 6 chairs, and a private barbecue. A seating area and sun loungers are available for your comfort. You also have access to shared toys and books for children, a playground, and shared fitness equipment. On-site parking for 3 vehicles. Events are not allowed.
