You’ll have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom, plus a sofa bed on the mezzanine for 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The living room features a smart TV, pool table, foosball, darts, and board games for children. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine offers a lounge area and fitness space. The gîte provides high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators upstairs, a fan, baby bed, high chair, and self check-in. Outside, enjoy your private uncovered terrace with a table and 6 chairs, plus a private barbecue. There’s a lounge area and sun loungers for relaxing. You’ll also have access to shared children’s toys and books, a playground, and shared fitness equipment. The family farm is home to animals—chickens, geese, dog, cat, and cow—delighting children and nature lovers. On-site parking for 3 vehicles. Events are not permitted. Please note: the gîte is attached to the owner’s residence; occasional noise may be heard. Ideally located near several sites: Trémelin (10 min), Jardin de Brocéliande (25 min), Paimpont Forest (30 min). Rennes city center is just 20 minutes away. Bed linen and towels provided.
